This home was 90% demolished and had a very small amount of structure left to accommodate the local development controls. We underpinned the existing foundations to allow us to lower the basement floor by 500mm. The finished product was a 4 storey home with a substantial footprint and extremely high end finishes, no expense was spared on this project.
