Exterior Cladding and Framing

Even though this home was only 8 years old it leaked live a sieve. On the first floor it had to have the entire exterior cladding removed, rotted wall frames rebuilt and some floor joists replaced. Ozzbuild did all of the work in situ from outside on a scaffold while the client remained living inside. We replaced all affected building materials and re installed the windows with the correct flashings and wall wrap, the home is now water tight and has proven so in recent storms.
