“Ravenscraig” was originally built in the 1870’s making it a Victorian period home. It had undergone many renovations and changes throughout its life by various owners. Ozzbuild was engaged to completely strip it out and bring it back to its beautiful original state while also adding a sun room to the rear of the dwelling and creating an “attic” Master bedroom in the roof space by completely modifying the 57 degree roof pitch. No expense was spared by the meticulous owner and the attention to detail was to be kept as the highest of priorities. It is now a landmark in the Woollahra area and is the centre point of much discussion and observation.
