Site: Compacted fill with a 1.5m fall front to back

Cost: 1.1M 

One of the first places to be constructed in the new section of the Cronulla estate. We completed this build in 7 months which was quite an achievement considering there is a suspended concrete slab to the first floor. The owners were after a modern yet not over complicated design that was built with quality in mind. Although a fairly level site, there is still a 1m high block retaining wall at the rear.
